Very disappointing day, especiatlly because of the beautiful weather. Uniform day prevented from us going on a run or doing a real workout. 2 mile warm up, 8 150s and 2 mile cool down.

2 mile warm up, 20 200s in about 34 pace(around 5 in 33, around 10 in 34 and around 5 in 35). Goal pace was supposed to be 35 but I altered it to 34 half way in. Jogged half a lap in between, first hot day of the season (60 degrees). Followed with a 2 mile cool down. Difficult workout.

8 mile run, felt very miserable. Second day where the muscle at the bottom of my but was aching and was humid out with a little drizzle. Also had a waffle a little before the run.

Mr Annette missed practice, 2 mile warm up. This was followed by a run somewhere in Glen Rodge with Steve and Erix where we ran 6-8 miles.

Sent on a 4 mile run in which I took a little fast. Then did 8 200s where I started with 3 28s and the rest were 37 for two mile pace. One mile cool down and walked half lap in between.

1 mile warm up, 1600 cruised at 5minutes and another mile warm up before 3200 where I paced Jimmy and Eric for 3200 in 11:20. One mile cool down to follow. Slow and cold day, but that was planned.

Very windy and hard to run solo, mile was bad but felt faster than was. Half mile I kept up with the good kids which was good but not good time. Wind was a real killer.

Easter, went for an easy 6 mile run in the afternoon and felt really good. Great weather.

One mile warm up, duel meet mile in 4:47 which I felt very confident in. A little hot I guess, puked afterwards and dropped out of 800.

2 mile warm up, 6 400s in mile pace. (66, 65, 65, 67, 68, 61). Last one was all out and in between was about 4 minutes. Felt good, last one was tough but following the workout had the urge to puke for the second day in a row...Ran half mile cool down because felt bad.

1 mile warm up, Morris Hills Relays 4x1600 started, ran 4:38 to finish about fourth at handoff, ran well. Took lead for third lap and was kind of a sit and kick race. Happy with how it went, overall time of 20:06. Eventual mile cool down but well after.

2 mile warm up, 8 400s (increase of 2) mostly in 66-67 when pace was 68 and finished with a 61 again which I was very happy to accomplish. After 1.5 mile cool down.

1 mile warm up, started 4x1600 with 4:39 start. lost to Jagger and the summit heckelman, narrowly beat Chris stone by passing on straightaway. Cold and kind of windy. Good race, third lap was very slow. One mile warm up again, 1 mile of DMR very slow(no one remotely near me).
