| | Got the chills overnight, barely got any sleep. However, I was able to recover and go for a 4 mile run in the snow.

| | Snow storm, after formal food tasting, ran 4.5-5 miles in the snow and was semi-miserable because the sleet stung my eyes going one way. Happy to get the run in thougj. Got ride by dad to Ridgewood.

| | 1.5 mile warm up, 3 1200s in 3:55, 3:54, 3:50 with goal pace of 4 minutes. Walked a lap in between. I felt very good today. After, we did 4 100s in 18.5 and followed that with a 2 mile cool down.

| | 2 mile warm up, knee felt a little worse than yesterday. Very cold and windy, did not think it was a suitable day for a time trial 1200 and 400. Ran 800 of the 1200 and called it a day because knee concerns.

| | 2 mile warm up, 12 400s in 74 pace (a few 73, 1 76, 1 70 and 1 68). Demanding workout and drizzled a little during it. Ran with Tarrin for 8 of them and jogged in between, followed my 2 mile cooldown.

| | 2 mile warm up, 1 800 time trial in 2:15 (63 first lap). "Pecking order kind of race". 2 was DaSilva, 3 Tarrin, 4 Eric and 5 Gerard all 2:19-2:21. Followed by 1.5 mile cool down.

| | 2 mile warm, ladders workout. 1600 in 5:17, 1200 in 3:54, 800 in 2:30, 1200 in 3:53 with walked lap in between. One mile cool down. Didn't feel too well today but made pace on all (last 1200 was fast but had to go to the bathroom and didn't have much left). Followed with a mile cool down.
