2 mile warm, ladders workout. 1600 in 5:17, 1200 in 3:54, 800 in 2:30, 1200 in 3:53 with walked lap in between. One mile cool down. Didn't feel too well today but made pace on all (last 1200 was fast but had to go to the bathroom and didn't have much left). Followed with a mile cool down.
