| | First run following injury, my hamstring felt recovered. Planned to run 4, but had to turn around early for the bathroom. 95% health, nice and slow pace.

| | Very disappointing day, especiatlly because of the beautiful weather. Uniform day prevented from us going on a run or doing a real workout. 2 mile warm up, 8 150s and 2 mile cool down.

| | 2 mile warm up, 20 200s in about 34 pace(around 5 in 33, around 10 in 34 and around 5 in 35). Goal pace was supposed to be 35 but I altered it to 34 half way in. Jogged half a lap in between, first hot day of the season (60 degrees). Followed with a 2 mile cool down. Difficult workout.

Dodgertown Relays (1.5 Miles) 04:48:00 | | Very windy and hard to run solo, mile was bad but felt faster than was. Half mile I kept up with the good kids which was good but not good time. Wind was a real killer.

Morris Hills Relay (1 Miles) 00:04:38, Place overall: 4, Place in age division: 4 | | 1 mile warm up, Morris Hills Relays 4x1600 started, ran 4:38 to finish about fourth at handoff, ran well. Took lead for third lap and was kind of a sit and kick race. Happy with how it went, overall time of 20:06. Eventual mile cool down but well after.

Cold and kind of windy. Good race, third lap was very slow. One mile warm up again, 1 mile of DMR very slow(no one remotely near me).
