2 mile warm up, 20 200s in about 34 pace(around 5 in 33, around 10 in 34 and around 5 in 35). Goal pace was supposed to be 35 but I altered it to 34 half way in. Jogged half a lap in between, first hot day of the season (60 degrees). Followed with a 2 mile cool down. Difficult workout.
